19:20: The waiter (patron? welcomes us with a certain boredom. Maybe he wanted to go home because we were only 6 people (3 tables tonight? It announces the planned menu with our Smartbox chefs' tables at €99. I tell him that, contrary to what he claims, it was not mentioned on the Smartbox site that it was an imposed menu and that we wish the menu at 40€ on the restaurant site. He accepts good grace (finally more or less. We order our aperitives (which we paid while home aperos were offered via boxing, the menu at 40 € has passed to 45 € and the proposed dishes do not match those indicated on the website. As I point out to him, he answers me that he has only two hands, that he can't do the service and update his site which is also the last of his worries!!” We order wine and a carafe of water: it does not serve as a carafe water but only in bottle!! Come on, let's go, sir, connect the regulations that since 2022 have required restaurateurs to offer free water to consumers! And then smile, show us that you are happy to do this job and that you love people! The dishes were beautifully presented and good. Congratulations to the chief. But one thing is certain: we will not return!
