Passing to Troyes, had the opportunity to eat in this very nice restaurant with a friendly welcome and quality dishes that we feel the chef's passion. I was reassured to see the filtering done by the team for some unvaccinated customers and/or having done a PCR test (which, moreover, have misstated the unjust opening on this site while the word at the entrance is clear). As a result of the health crisis, it is our duty to respect their choice regarding the pass. I encourage the team to continue this way and continue to share this pleasure! Very recommended!
Very nice discovery in terms of restaurant in Troyes at the chance of our walking tour. The reception is kind in a cozy and elegant setting. The service is efficient and attentive and they know very well their products and they are good advice in terms of wines! The quality is present as the quantity with the return of great classic such as the egg meurette! The price-quality ratio (aperitif-entrance-plat-dessert and wine) is correct in view of the quality of the dishes served. Discover to two!
We went to this restaurant by leaving famous streets of tourists and we were pleasantly surprised because we were looking for a daily menu at a correct price and in addition that we discovered at the choice 2 menus with fresh and home products. We were delighted for a quality price ratio. We will not fail to return to this restaurant as soon as we get the opportunity.
Discovery thanks to the local caviste, we were not disappointed! Ideas card with fresh products, bistro atmosphere. The plates are treated and especially copier, the price is worth it. The waiter and the leader are friends and sold us their city as pros. The little ballad they told us was very nice. We will come back on our way!

Ah, that mustard sauce, a pleasure! Like lost bread! The setting is pleasant, the friendly boss, it is worth to get away a little from the hyper center and pedestrian streets near the city hotel to discover this restaurant right next to the Halles. I will come back with pleasure to test other dishes:

A simple map, superior dishes, a super boss who accelerates to serve all his clients, with a beautiful terrace in a quiet street all this for more than reasonable prices. Feel free to go for a good time and a good meal.
Very nice place. The toilets deserve a visit. A very good and pleasant meal. The very friendly and super efficient boss. Quality price at height. We'll definitely go back.
