L'Austra - Reservar una mesa

First of all the waiter was so rude and told us to hurry up in pay because he was cold. Then my friend ask for a glass of water at the bar to which they answered "if your thirsty there is water in the bathroom ' ' aka drink from the sink. Lastly I got yelled at by the bouncer because I left the door open but my friend was right behind me and was exiting at the same time. I have never been treated as badly as the time that I went here, will not be coming back.

We sat down at a dirty table for a drink. After asking three different waiters to order our table was finally cleared but no order was taken. Half an hour later a fourth waiter came and took our order of two beers and a coke. The drinks finally arrived fifty minutes after we sat down, and both beers were completely flat. This is literally the worst service I've had in Bordeaux. To be avoided at all cost.

we were here to eat, not to dance. we cannot judge the bar and the party. we check the eating and service of our dinner as very good! it's kind of expensive, but the quality was high!

great food, nice service and a very good price. we had a lunch menu (charged at the most) for only 16euros p/p
