Several vegetarian and vegan options which is very appreciable because it is rare to have true vegan cakes in crêperie! Forest emulsion is a treat. Bravo for the effort, variety and claret of the menu, I look forward to taste your vegan pancakes (a black shock option for your pancakes or cakes it will beot super!
