I even recorded a video of the lengthy verification process, which culminated in me inadvertently being charged for an extra item. I ended up asking them to remove it, and it felt unnecessary to be treated like a suspect. Not everyone is a thief, and this kind of treatment is unfair. The review of each product took 40 minutes, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and frustrated.
To make matters worse, while I was checking out, there was an employee watching my every move. I didn't have an issue with their presence, but the whole experience felt invasive. Overall, I was very disappointed in how I was treated, and I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.
The chicken biryani I had was the worst I've experienced in the US so far. It shouldn't even be called biryani; calling it chicken rice would be overly generous. The rice was of poor quality and poorly cooked, lacking both flavor and aroma. This was my first order at any Indian restaurant in Albany, and I am completely disappointed. I won't be ordering again.
I had an outstanding dinner at Lazeez. Every dish was fantastic. Living in NYC, I can honestly say the quality at Lazeez exceeded anything we typically find in the city. I will definitely be returning to Albany just to dine here again. Plus, as someone with celiac disease, I really appreciated how accommodating they were with gluten-free options!
I haven't visited the restaurant in person yet, but their delivery service has always been excellent. I absolutely love this place; everything I've ordered has been delicious. While there are several great Indian restaurants in the area, this is the one I order from the most. Highly recommended!

This is an excellent restaurant with authentic tasting food , great owner. Food is always superb and the spices can be tailored to any level of spiciness. Flavors are excellent. I've eaten and ordered take out, food has always been great either way. Great ambience. Prices are excellent.
We stopped in first for a small bite and had a selection of appetizers, many of which were vegan. We later had entrees delivered and loved every bite. Definitely would recommend.
Parking is a big issue than if you lucky enough to get one, your food will most likely not ready . Food taste stale! Not recommend
Food was authentic the server was attentive Masala had a burnt taste but the person who was with me greatly enjoyed their meal.

The only excellent item was the chicken tikka; the lamb vindaloo and chicken biryani are the worst they have no taste or spice.
