Came here after a long hike for a lunch with a couple of friends. Unfortunately my friends and I came out super disappointed in the food and the service. The service started off fine at first, however it went downhill super fast after. First, I ordered a tuna salad and the waitress came out with the wrong order. I politely called her over to let her know that she gave me the wrong tuna dish and she gave me some excuse about how my hand gesture towards the menu did not match the words I told her when she took all our orders. I absolutely adore this restaurant! It has a spacious indoor and outdoor area with a fire pit, covered patio, and it's dog-friendly. There is also ample parking available. The food is delicious and innovative, offering a unique twist on traditional comfort dishes. They also have a great selection of drinks. The best part is their frozen take-home meals made from scratch, which are very affordable with a package discount. These meals taste just as good as dining in, even on a busy work day. I can't believe i never been to this restaurant before. The food and drinks are delicious with reasonable price. We ordered the mimosa for 2-4 ppl for only 20$, and their juices are homemade and perfect with the champagne. I ordered the fish taco and the fish was crispy and tasty. My bf ordered a blackened chicken bowl and he enjoyed it. Our friend order a breakfast burrito with fries on the side and the fries are so tasty. They also have a menu for your furry friends, our dogs loved it and finished the whole bowl! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wanna enjoy a nice brunch with your doggie.
Lazy dog that place where you can find great appetizers and drinks at a good price. I love this place I've been here plenty of times however the last few times I have came I have noticed that there has been an uptick in car break-ins. I used to like coming to this place but unfortunately I will not be coming back, lazy dog customers please beware if you are going to eat here your car may be broken into. I find it sad that the Fremont police Department and Newark police department as well as lazy dog is aware of the things that are happening in their parking lot but still nothing has been done.

The experience: We 've been to other Lazy Dog locations in general, but came by for the Ale Yeah beer dinner event in July 2022. It was a prix fixe meal, and we had a great experience. Usually am not a fan of gimmicky burgers, but the PB&J burger was actually quite good. The beer paired well with every course. Our server was very attentive and responsive to our requests. Need to know: If you haven 't had their butter cake, you need to. Notable: They have a chicken-based meal for dogs that costs $5, which is well worth it.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The open-faced Lamb Pot Pie was outstanding, with tender lamb that practically fell off the bone. I also tried the Coconut Shrimp, Fried Wings, and the Bison Burger with Cajun fries, all of which were very good. The service was excellent, and the food was top-notch. I highly recommend this place!
I've visited this restaurant multiple times, and the food is consistently excellent. I really enjoy the ambiance and overall atmosphere here! It's definitely a must-visit spot if you're looking to hang out with friends, have team-building activities, or simply enjoy a good brunch!
Really nice outdoor dining space , very friendly and sanitary. Food was delicious drinks were delicious the vibe was nice you could feel people being excited to be out enjoying company and good food.
