We and my wife had a really nice time at 1209 the view above the mountains is wonderfull as well as the cuisine and service. We thanks dany our waiter who explained the lovely menu to us with passion and fun!. The chef is butchering the meat himself for more quality and taste. The beef are grassfedbeef farmraised in the mountains close to the restaurant. Ruben is the boss and his choosing only local wine from the villages around. Thks for everything.
A few weeks ago, I had the chance and privilege to visit the Lausanne area during NYE. The highlight of my trip was my visit to Le 1209 restaurant. The location, as well as the breathtaking views were backed up by an even better hospitality/dining experience. This place embodies the concepts of fine dining and tradition, which are emphasized by its great staff. I had a wonderful time and would recommend 100% if you are in the area! Thomas H.
Die Sitzplätze wurden vorzüglich geputzt und die Stühle waren besonders bequem.Das Personal hat geradlinig, gepflegt und freundlich gearbeitet.Etwas, was ich wahrlich befürworten kann, sind die Desserts. Mein Freund und ich waren jetzt zum vierten Mal da und haben bei jedem Besuch ein klein bisschen Neues getestet.Ich kann das Restaurant wirklich weiterempfehlen!
Stopped off here before heading back into France to make our way back to UK. We had a gorgeous meal, served by super friendly and helpful staff. The food was very fresh and tasty, with stunning views over the valley. We also used the shower/toilet facilities which are free of charge as we stayed the night in the car park in our motorhome, would highly recommend. Reserva una mesa ahora
This was the second time I went there and once again the service was great. We went there on a Sunday, the staff were very welcoming and the atmosphere warm, which allowed us to have a pleasant time. We ate game and everything was very good. Special mention for the magnificent view!
