My wife and I stayed at Chateau Saint Martin for 5 nights with both of our adult daughters, one son-in-law and one grandson. our other son in law was unable to make the trip bc he plays in the NFL and they had camp. We had one regular room in the main hotel and a 2BR villa on the hillside. We had a wonderful time. The staff is fabulous. Our house manager/butlers were Alex and Max (they alternated). The service by these two guys was beyond believable. They organized all of our transportation(including helicopter to and from the hotel to the F1 race in Monte Carlo), all dinners, as well as helping my older daughter with her 4month old baby, who she was breastfeeding. Nothing that tempts us, (we are two) you don't find yourself in a place like that to eat quinoa or spaghetti. All right, well, let's go to the map. A carpaccio of insipid octopus and a fish soup no better. Main dish: beef fillet with white truffle. an exceptional place where the staff is listening to you. the frame, the view, are beautiful and relaxing. dishes are a pure wonder for the eyes and taste buds, a simple product becomes an explosion in the mouth. even children enjoy spending time at the table to discover these incredible dishes full of colors and flavors. the park is beautifully well maintained and makes you want to sit there to stroll. Went here for lunch and dinner on seperate days. Stunning restaurant and menu. Had the set menu, Saint Martin, and a La carte. Food was sublime, fantastic fresh produce. Only slight miss was the dessert. Very worth the trip. Staff were fantastic. Special shout out to Maxim who made the night wonderful, he is a credit to the establishment.

I liked it, everything was perfect with a staff although very young and in my opinion out of hotel school recently to very well held the challenge of satisfying a large clientele (saturday evening) with nice attentions. prestigious but friendly place at the same time. I enjoyed it. I'll come back to find out more of the outside.
