As for Anne-Sophie's cuisine, it is undoubtedly an example of balance, elegance, finesse and bone marriages. A real gastronomic lightning shot! Catastrophic booking a hotel room for €2,000 per night for several nights. We booked the restaurant at PIC a month in advance and informed our guests. 3 4 weeks later, the concierge informed us that it was no longer profitable for them to have us and therefore cancelled our reservation. Initially on the waiting list, then accepted, then cancelled due to privatization and supposedly we were the only reservation, a lie and manipulation. No sense of hospitality, a money making machine, and zero human sensitivity. It 's a shame as we 've visited all the PIC restaurants in the world several times, as well as the Four Seasons, but it 's over. We 're cancelling our stay for another hotel with a mor...
I don’t have the words for this experience except “WOW” . My wife and I have dined from restaurants in LOS ANGELES , London, New York Tokyo but dining here was really the most memorable experience. Service is top notch , the staff really welcoming and very attentive . Paul I hope I have his name right you were too kind to us . The farewell was exceptional, they gifted us with lovely memories to take home with us . We flew all the way from LOS ANGELES to Geneva for Xmas , this restaurant was one of highlights that made our trip . The decor is so tasteful and refined , the interior is gorgeous. During a stay in Megève, when it was impossible to get a table at the last minute, I went to the bar. With a little insistence, the room manager tried to find me a table. This gesture was followed by a dinner of exceptional quality, notably with the legendary Bar de ligne au caviar... The wine list was also remarkable, including the Château Haut Brion 1980 and a DRC La Tâche 2016. A big thank you to the whole team for this memorable dinner, a precious memory.
To end our stay in Megevois, Anne Sophie Pic’s table was enchanting. From the service to the carefully prepared dishes, as well as the food and wine pairings selected with passion, the dinner was most successful. Bravo for highlighting the gastronomic heritage and the touch of audacity which is just what is needed. Excellent time thank you
