It is noted that the risotto that accompanies the cod lacks kitchen. What we are told that the chef always cooks it this way and that we are the first to make this remark. First of all, I think we shouldn't have prescribed it to order. A creamy risotto must be firm but there I even tasted it and it was crunchy.
