The formal dining area has been closed for 2018 in favour of a more modern , informal style which doubles up as the breakfast restaurant. In place of knowledgeable maitre d’, white table linen and courteous and attentive service, you have casual waiting staff, a more restricted menu and cramped space (indoors at least). Fresh fish was very good to be fair but overall the menu is very pricey and given that it is no longer a fine dining experience, not worth the cost. A real step down in quality from the past which smacks of a cost cutting exercise- and by no means the only one in evidence. It was an absolute pleasure to eat there each day during out stay in Miramar. Diner food is always great and I still can't figure out how can they make such tasty low calorie diners (400 kcal 3 courses). But what I personally enjoyed most were their fresh and light desserts and not so light, but absolutely yummy chorizo bread.
very good meal in a beautiful setting (started on the terrace before moving, led by fresh wind. not given, but quality dishes and impeccable and very warm service. not covid: protective gestures taken into account, gel, masks, traffic direction and distance between tables, everything is there to reassure!
It's good and classic, for the dishes the tastes are just right, well seasoned, well presented but it's still a little expensive. Everything is a bit expensive, the cocktails, the glass of wine... For the service, nothing to say, the very classic decoration.
