We entered by chance, for lunch, in this restaurant that does not pay a mine, during a bike ride. the reception is smiling, direct, with a form of empathy that we find little in the trade. our immense surprise came from the gustative quality of the dishes. accustomed to starred restaurants, it has appeared to us that the creativity and originality that is deployed, the subtle talent to combine flavors are at the level of a large establishment. It is undoubtedly the restaurant not to miss from the island of oleron.
We headed to the marie bath following TripAdvisor's reviews, not disappointed at all. We have very well eaten, original and exotic dishes of very good quality. very warm welcome of our young server very pleasant and helpful. a flat however, the toilets are cleaner than the restaurant floor and that for me it's time to review. I recommend
A good selection of fresh food. I am sometimes wary of fusion food but, having been to India, Thailand and Japan, we were very impressed on their take on dishes. They did not try to emulate but had their own slant on them and they worked very well.
What a nice surprise to have this kind of kitchen on the island! beautiful reception, top and varied, very pleasantly surprised we are delighted and the meal was of very good quality / rich / taste ! You've got to do it again!
