We entered by chance, for lunch, in this restaurant that does not pay a mine, during a bike ride. the reception is smiling, direct, with a form of empathy that we find little in the trade. our immense surprise came from the gustative quality of the dishes. accustomed to starred restaurants, it has appeared to us that the creativity and originality that is deployed, the subtle talent to combine flavors are at the level of a large establishment. It is undoubtedly the restaurant not to miss from the island of oleron.
a great bravo!!! This concept is original and has been filled with us. We loved freshness, vegetable and spice assemblies, textures. The generosity too: you will come out safely!The reception was of the most charming: you are treated, you are also listened to, and you are done everything to be satisfied.
A good selection of fresh food. I am sometimes wary of fusion food but, having been to India, Thailand and Japan, we were very impressed on their take on dishes. They did not try to emulate but had their own slant on them and they worked very well.
