We are so happy to find the former managers of the Old Forge! Sandrine and Vincent are always the best! The reception of Sandrine is warm and the service is accurate. Vincent's cuisine is absolutely fantastic, full of flavors. And all for an incredible value/price ratio! A lunch menu of a large kitchen at 19€ is crazy! Our only and eternal regret is that they are so far away from our home (yes, we are willing to go back and forth to taste their cuisine! ... Without that, clearly, we'd get there every week! Good continuation. And, above all, very soon!

To celebrate the 80th anniversary of my wife, we have found with pleasure the former actors of the old forge who still have fully satisfied us, both in the quality of the welcome (fenouiled to the white truffle) and in the finesse of the proposed dishes.
