Le Bistro - Reservar una mesa

Had to pick up my better half at Bordeaux airport around lunchtime and found this charming bistro for lunch. There was a delay with the flight and when I phoned to say we'd be late, we were reassured "Don't worry! That is fine!". Got there late for lunch, by French standards, but were welcomed and sat down for a two course lunch and coffee. Okay, we didn't hang around (we were hungry) but the service and food were great and pretty good value. We'll definitely stop here again on the way to or from the airport!

Le Bistro is wonderful!! My husband and I were visiting and were looking for traditional home cooked food, this is the place! Florence and her husband are kind lovely people and the food was delicious! Quaint decor and atmosphere . If you live in Merignac or are visiting the the Bordeaux area, you will love it! Reasonable as well. And don't skip dessert, tres bien! Say hello to Florence from Molly and Scott!

The owners are really nice, and the woman welcome you always with a smile. The menus are very convenient and the portion are abundant. The quality of the food and the way of cooking is really good. The tarte au citron meringué is divine!

Absolutely superb. A warm welcome and excellent food. Ideal for the airport run meal before seeing off relatives back to the UK. Service was efficient and we had plenty of time to enjoy.

Looks nothing from outside but inside ,fantastic food ,warm welcome and obviously very popular with locals.Best to book. Definitely recommend it.
