Visited Bistro Gourmand for the first time and had a great meal there with friends. Very good food in a simple surrounding, sitting outside in a lovely small courtyard off what is a pedestrianised street in the evening.The menu is straightforward and uncomplicated but with some very good food. We both had Méli-Mélo Tomatoes (multi-coloured tomatoes with a local cow's cheese not dissimilar to Mozzarella) and then Grilled Lotte with baby vegetables and a Coeur de Côte de Veau with Girolles. All of these were excellent, freshly prepared and well served. Washed down with some good Red Cote de Rhone and Roanaise Rose.
