this restaurant used to be good for a drink and a snack meal, but this year they have in the provision of a genuine quality menu. I understand other reviews say it's not a friendly place. this was our first impression when madame la...Patronne approached and asked if we had a reservation. when we said no, she went away and murmured. however a man newly organized tables appeared for us and service began. madame la patronne was quite a challenge, but at the end of the meal when I praised her, she actually smiled. their guests who wondered why we had come also enjoyed the meal.

we arrived without booking, the restaurant was happy to put us, we had a choice from outside over the loire valley or in the cave. the night was nice, so we sat outside. the menu was simple, very good value for money, but. eating was amazing, typical of the region. the waitress spoke very good English. we had a nice eveening and it ended our holiday beautiful.

had to visit as the restaurant is in a cave. le duo de galipattes was another possibility to present mushrooms with a lot of different captivating.Le panier de fauees were different, but most pleasant. if they want another experience for eating and event. is worth a visit.

we are a few from new york, drove past this restaurant on bikes and found it so attractive that we later reserved for dinner. it is built in a cave apartment. we had a delicious dinner with good wine recommendations. highly recommended.

We enjoyed the Menu Saumuroise, which is a local specialty. Freshly prepared food and very friendly service. Can be recommended for a nice lunch break on cycling tour.
