Robert Baudry, June 2023 On the terrace of Bistrot de la Gare in Surgères, we had a delicious time. By repeating that we must one evening stop, it is done, and with what happiness! All reviews were checked: From the reception to the attentive service, from the choice on the menu to the formulas of the day, prices deemed correct for quality dishes, the qualified kitchen of the “homemade”... From booking by phone to check-in; everything was done with the smile and pleasure of the work well done. A dynamic and warm team; a reduced quality gage card on products worked in the kitchen and a small care service. We were only passing through the region but very happy with this choice. I highly recommend!!!

It's not a 3-star, but that's not what we were looking for. In menu, dessert dish for 14,50 it was very well cooked, hearty and very good. The staff is very kind and fast service. I strongly recommend
