On the road to visit Cantobre, just before reaching the village, we fall on a sign indicating Bistrot while nothing was visible on the internet on any bar or restaurant in this direction. After our visit to this beautiful village, and the hour of the apero approaching, we decide to go take a look at it. What was our surprise to fall on a tent/bar/restaurant by the water with an exceptional view of Cantobre and all the cliffs that surround Trévezel's arrival in the Dourbie. We meet Fred and Mauricette who take care of this unusual place and spend a very nice evening where Fred then gave us some nice little recipes. It's worth the detour!
I made restaurants, but it's a unique experience!! You are in the middle of nature to taste local and traditional dishes. The dishes are of course delicious, and as for managers, Fred and Mauricette, they can book you an exceptional welcome. An evening of full moon, experience becomes mystic... even surreal! To find out urgently!!
It is a place that resembles the Lousianne...... Places outside the tourist transhumance trails. Very local and really organic. Welcome by real people, with real smile and true benevolence. We eat it simple and very good. Beautiful frame, the most difficult remains to leave... but we will return
We loved the very friendly and all in simplicity of Fred. The frame is very buccal by the Dourbie. Tasty kitchen, very nice preparation of a succulent laax trout and duck confit with garden potatoes. Friendliness is here the word master. An unexpected moment very pleasant!!!

A ratatouille with small onions to accompany a truite cooked a point in a place of ouf with adorable hosts that the people ask? ...and go back to the next holidays!! thank you to Fred and Mauricette for their welcome
Very nice frame but unfortunately Fred has closed shop! So there's no restaurant! We went sad but were able to exchange with Fred who is very friendly! We wish him good wind and good continuity!
