I tend to go to Lourdes very early in the Year before the pilgrimage site properly opens, and there are very few cafes or restaurants in the hotel district. I usually end up at the excellent Da Marco Pizzeria. One night, however, it was raining heavily, and walking up the hill from Massabielle would have soaked me to the skin. I had earlier noticed an illuminated sign along the Gave River and found it was the "Le Bodegon". a bit on the pricy side, but the quality of the food and service was superb. We were so impressed with this restaurant that we went back a second night in succession. The first night we had Prawns in Garlic as a shared starter. These were delicious. A bit pricey at €17.50 for two. For mains we had Entrecote Steak €20.90 and Duck Magret €26.00. Both really good.The mineral water was €4.00 for 1 litre! I always have a huge issue paying so much for water when a litre of Petrol is less than half the price!!!!On our second visit we had one stater of French Onion soup (€8.90) which was delicious. For mains we had Sole Meuniere (€22.90) and Tagliatelli Bolognese (€13.00) with a side salad (€5.50!!!). Both mains were very good.Definitely a nice place to visit in a convenient...
Ate here during our first night in Lourdes and made reservations through Google/TheFork. Cozy restaurant right next to the River Gave and a short walk from the Sanctuary. The Cassoulet was fantastic and my partner enjoyed the veal. One of the few places in Lourdes that even knows what Gluten Free or Sans Gluten means. The wait staff was knowledgable and helpful in ensuring a pleasant meal.
This is a very nice restaurant. So quiet, so calm. Not far away from the grotto. Very comfortable venue, excellent service. Fresh fish, outstanding quality-price relationship!!! The staff is so attentive to the clients, one can have a chat with the cook who gives information about the food and cooking techniques. Very reasonable price for the amount and quality of food. Congratulations!!!

Our dinner was saved by the Chef's presence as he is a very pleasant person . the manager was limit rude ...For some reason Lourdes even though in France is THE exception of elegance and good taste outside the cathedral and sanctuary of course . Wonder why ....
We having been driving through France eating at various michelin restaurants and have been sadly underwhelmed until yesterday's lunch. The food here is seriously good, we had the 30 Euro fixed price lunch and it was eye-rollingly delicious.. A highlight so far.
excellent address, quality products, top service! despite a facade that doesn't really make you want, the interior decoration is very beautiful, warm and welcoming. You can go with your eyes closed! We have already planned to go back soon!
Good quality food in a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Good service. Varied menu and wine list with a number of choices across most palates.
