I wanted to have dinner in a place that offered an atypical setting and I was served. The restaurant is very well placed in a quiet place in the mountains not far from the hiking trails. In the beautiful setting, the staff was very welcoming and the meal succulent. Very well proportioned dishes for children and the place is very hot and authentic. I highly recommend... a little preference for the evening to enjoy the night that falls on the valley.

Direction the Chaudefour valley, and there you will find a charming typical Le Buron de Chaudefour inn. Good welcome and very good dishes such as the sancyflette or the gratin of St Nectaire accompanied by charcuterie and potatoes. Don't hesitate to stop it. Also starting point of the hike to the Sancy Puy.

Very nice and practical, being vegan, they were able to make me a very hearty salad (salade, tomato, nuts, crusts) and a nice plate of fries while it was not on the map.
