Excellent memories of these moments in this haven of peace. On the evening of our arrival, we have dinner at the gastronomic restaurant Xavier Mathieu. Dedicated to a 3-star dinner, this dinner will be engraved in our memories and is one of the most beautiful tables we have been able to discover in the region. The soup with pistou, the land of mixture and the sea of the pig with caviar are simply a great art!. Perfect service, very attentive staff. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, with great comfort. Breakfast of the next day on the terrace: a pleasure! Follow a little relaxation at the spa: perfect! What a good time at the Café de la Fontaine at the Phébus. In a sumptuous setting, the impression of being on the village square. The dishes, the flavors are there, the cuisine is refined, the choice of dishes is relevant. It's absolutely delicious. The service is pro, efficient and discreet. The price, given the beauty of the setting, the prestige of the establishment and the quality of the dishes, the menu we took presents a very good value for money. We'll be back!
Much too expensive for what is proposed. The terrace is OK but too close to the pool and hotel holidaymakers. The dishes are acceptable, but not at this price. When we compare with the Nutile bistronomy in Nimes, there is a world of difference. Finally, 13 EUR the glass of rosé is 4 euros more than the Table d'Uzès in the region as well... but with a star. Good for tourists.
