"Great service, friendly café, wonderful food, what more could you ask for. We had lobster, which was cooked to perfection, and red mullet with almonds. Both dishes were faultless. It’s not cheap, but you get what you pay for, which is good honest food, no frills. Loved it!"

Best lobster I’ve ever had, reasonable price, fabulous service! The setting of Café Pesked is beautiful, with a view of the estuary and the boats moored there. Approx 15 minutes from Treguier. The cafe itself is rustic and basic, but has a certain charm. The menu is simple, inexpensive and mainly fish, what more do you need?! The lobsters are live until ordered and cooked, you can choose your own. They are perfectly cooked and a really good size, the sauce buerre persillé goes perfectly with them. Wine is good and quite cheap, but we couldn’t have much because of the drive. Our waiter was great, spoke pretty good English and very entertaining. Honestly, this place is a must if you’re in the...

We have been coming to Cafe Pesked for many years. The menu is pretty limited but the fresh fish and seafood is (generally) truly excellent. The setting is fantastic and the staff are lovely. Two caveats (1) not great for vegetarians (not unusual for France) (2) the upstairs dining area is rather small, austere, totally lacks the atmosphere of the eating area downstairs, and does not have a sea view unless you are at the table by the (very small) window. Given that the location/ view is part of the attraction of the restaurant, at least in daylight hours, it is worth asking where you will be seated, if this matters to you. Otherwise top marks.

This simple, very casual little cafe is in a lovely setting on the river and serves a small selection of seafood. We felt lucky to be there because on a Monday night, almost no restaurants seem to be open in the area. Only one server was there to handle us all, which he warned us about, and everyone seemed perfectly happy to hang out, drink wine and eat whenever. We enjoyed the moules-frites plate as well as the fish and chips, and, most, important, the raw oysters. The table of six next to us seemed very happy with their lobsters.

Nice staff, good simple food, good drinks, good view. If you are in the area,it is worth the visit! The staff is very friendly. If you go to this restaurant,I recommand the fish and chips ,which is superb! We also had a bottle of good St Julien wine for a very good reasonable price.
