Nice venue in the Grand Hotel, albeit a little strange, you have hotel guests and kids in and out of a fine dining establishment making their way through the garden into the hotel, surely this can be addressed?....we were greeted professionally, sat at the table, then radio silence for some 5 to 7 minutes, nothing, the restaurant was not full, not to be offered a drink, no menu's - nothing....I had to ask for a drink. We were offered a delicious amuse bouche, nothing to drink with it....it was hap-hazard, at one point one of the young waiters wanted to clear our starters even through we were only half way through, the starters (agnolotti and the crab) were devine and the turbot for main was...

We were staying in this hotel so we decided to visit this place for one of our dinners. We had dinner at this beautiful Michelin hotel. I think we arrive past 8pm and we left around 11pm. It was delicious dinner but nonetheless long! As...you know, you get a fixed menu by the chef with a few options to choose. The restaurant itself it was elegant the food was superb! I think it is overrated when people say this restaurant is pricey, it is a Michelin star restaurant , four seasons and you should expect the hefty price tag. Ps. First of all, I can't believe this place has one Michelin star and is only open 3 months a year. It's a testament to the senior staff that they can attract and train the right people to deliver this quality. The amouse bouche were all...excellent and I had the excellent spider crab (pictured), whilst my partner had the razor clam and oyster dish. Both were superb. A nod should go to the somellier, who suggested an incredible wine (pictured),thank you! We then had the steak and veal, both incredible again! The cheese then finished us off, good selection, but only comment would be to have more sheep cheese. Brilliant experience, thank you.

It's the second time we're heading, and it's again a thrill! everything is done to spend a perfect and unique moment. naturally, dishes, although slightly light, are a delight; the hotel master, ultra physionomist since he has directly recognized us more than a year later, is very attentive and takes the time to explain things to you and to share his passionate experience in luxury restoration. the choices of sommelier are in perfect harmony with the dishes. Finally we found that the "live" infusion from vegetable garden herbs was a very good idea!We look forward to coming back!

Dinner on the terrace in August.A dazzling experience! everything is perfect. the reception of extreme kindness an extremely attentive service bravo to the new chef who made us discover his cuisine - excellent - and aesthetic ! a pleasure for eyes and taste buds. Star widely deserved and - I hope - the second is not far! High price but in perfect fit with what is offered.To strongly advise the only detail that has annoyed me: the synthetic swivel garden chairs do not invite to lay arms on the armrests when carrying short sleeves ... it is uncomfortable ...

dinner in a wonderful setting facing the sea. As for the dishes it was a delight from beginning to end. I was able to savor the snaked gamberoni with the cream of zucchini, the gamberoni tartare with jelly and mushroom then the roasted langoustine with cauliflower and the quenelles of langoustine clamps on the anchor of dry. I'll be very happy (his) to renew this magical experience and I recommend it to all! again bravo to the anie tutor.

We were looking forward to eating here but found the food very average. Why would you want to put pickled cauliflower with a deliciously unctuous delicate langoustine !! Nothing was great and the cheese was poorly presented by the waitress. Can't say I would go...again.
