Nous avons diné dans ce restaurant un jour de semaine. Notre petite fille étant allergique, nous avions prévenu le restaurant par avance. Nous avons pris des menus Regal, et la petite s'est fait plaisir avec un choix de poissons et crustacés sur la carte. Tout était juste parfait ! Les amuse bouches, les entrées (langoustines et foie gras), les plats principaux (filets de St-Pierre, lotte et filet de veau) étaient magnifiques. Le chariot de fromage vaut le détour... Quand aux desserts nous avons plané sur un nuage avec les variations sur la fraise et la framboise.Le service mérite aussi toutes nos félicitations, tous les membres du personnel de salle qui nous ont servis étaient attentionnés,...
We had an excellent evening ! With the chef 's carte blanche menu, we let ourselves be guided and we created a series of delicious dishes! With the food and wine pairing, it was perfect! With this carte blanche menu, we don 't choose what we 're going to eat, but we were asked if we had any food allergies or intolerances or things we don 't like. I liked this idea of letting yourself be guided! The service was very professional, the dishes were well explained. And the setting is magnificent. We took advantage of this evening thanks to a gift voucher that was given to us: it was a great gift!
We had the pleasure of having dinner in this restaurant, and we had a very good experience! The service team is jovial, smiling and listening. We have been guided in the Chef's Signature menu, and his story he expresses through dishes! No problem for a specific diet (e.g. pregnant woman) where dishes are adapted to the person. Special mention to the sommelier for his discovery and exchange at the end of meals. If you enjoy fine cuisine, we recommend this place.

Very nice culinary experience, the restaurant is not starred but it is just like it. The presentation of the dishes and the mixture of flavors are careful. The waiters and waitresses are pleasant and friendly. We will return there without any worries when the new card comes.
