that was probably my 3rd visit in 5 years and I still enjoyed the French cuisine with innovations on certain foods brought by the chef. a bit out of the way, but in a small beautiful city on one of the way of the pilgrim to Saint-Jacques...de compostelle, the restaurant with its white linen and warm recipe as well as its very inexpensive prix fixe menus is worth the all around. I had served her foie gras, one of the best I even had, simply with toast and a glass sauterne. then the turbot in morel sauce, which was delicious. my companion chose the daily menu that made to home sweet soup, bark bouruignon and brotpudding for dessert. the brotpudding was made with brioche and embroidered with va...

the foie gras is one of the best in the opposite and the set price menus always offer something for everyone as well as very good value. the charming hostess is wonderful and very efficient, even if there are many guests in the dining room. I had the scallops in a divine sauce with potatoes made from potatoes with olive oil, which were tasty and impractical. also the boeuf bourguignon is very good.

this old hotel is located in the center of the city and has a large dining room. family owned, the service is friendly and helpful. I had served the home boiled foie grass with a glass of juicy like wee, followed by a perfectly boiled half-lobster with the. most inventive and delicious fresh crimped sauce I've ever had. good wine list.

Located in the centre of town this old hotel has a great dining room. Family-owned, the service is friendly and helpful. I had the home cooked foie gras - served with a glass of Sauterne-like wine, followed by a perfectly cooked half lobster with the most inventive and delicious fresh herb sauce I had ever had. Good wine list.
