Perfect for dessert. For 18.50€ we had a menu of the day that would make some establishments pass. In the spinach cream, mellow egg, croutons and lard chips. Then fillet of eglefin with a lemon/curry sauce, purée de cabbage flower, PdT. And in a silly cabbage dessert on a county cheek apple. A lot of work, quality ingredients, beautiful servings, a very pretty dishes. Sober but elegant room. A nice address but think about booking.
We loved this traditional cuisine inspired and tasteful. The dishes are presented with care and colours. The quantities are generous. The reception is smiling and the calming atmosphere. The chocolate marrow is exceptional. A pleasure! The wines are at reasonable prices, good choice of wines with glass. Probably one of the best tables in Bourg-en-Bresse. Thank you.
Restaurant absolutely awesome! The welcome is friendly, smiling. The places are sober but chic. The cuisine is refined: flavors and colours delight the senses. The presentation of the dishes is treated. Bravo to the two brothers! To be discovered by having previously booked (it is preferable because the number of places is however limited).
