Première expérience au clos pour nous. L'accueil fut moyennement chaleureux, expéditif et peu aimable. Nous prenons la carte numérique, nous faisons notre choix, mais avant de passer la commande on nous dit qu'un plat est remplacé, pas de chance ce que l'on comptait prendre. Ça arrive, mais c'est frustrant, surtout que la carte ne contient que 3 plats et que nous étions les premiers du service. Du reste le repas était très bon, la présentation est particulièrement soignée, les plats sont goûteux et bien équilibrés. En revanche, les mets ne sont pas très garnis, par rapport au prix, 58 € le menu, on en attend plus.
It's been a while since I wanted to come to the Clos de chevreuse. I rarely comment but what disappointment! When we arrived we were told that the Iberian pig was replaced by a cute net. When there are 3 à la carte dishes this is a little surprising! I was finally served with a cute turtle of rosé and flavorless pork that has nothing of the Iberian pig and that I couldn't eat.. to this you add the royal kir to 15 euros and the glasses of wine served to 10cl... for a very salty note, 176 euros to two.. I recommend this address.
The waitress didn't think it was good to introduce us to the contents of the amuses mouths while she did it for the other tables around us. Strange feeling. Maybe we weren't in their customers' standard. Too bad, though. The young waiter who took the suite was perfect.
Nous y avons mangé pour l'anniversaire de ma femme. Elle a adoré, nous y avons passé un très agréable moment. Le service est également à la hauteur de l'assiette ! Pas d'option végétarien en hiver 2024 : menu de saison disponible sur leur site

Great time. The kitchen is very good, with a quality service. There was not too much waiting between dishes, fluid service. Special mention for the “Namelaka Chocolate” dessert I loved
Very good table the dishes are excellent, refined. Only flat the room is not large the tables are close to each other. Very nice evening!
The setting is sober, a warm atmosphere with the fireplace, and a real culinary knowledge. The pictures speak of themselves
