How happy to go to this establishment! it was our third visit and the quality is confirmed at all levels. very warm but very pro family home. no endless waiting, it's very well rode, everything is served in a timely and warm time. beautiful plates, the dishes are made entirely housed like this lotte with crustaceans made with fresh products by the chef and its original small vegetables. The whole lobster with olives is simply divine and very affordable! We have already tried several perfectly successful dishes from entry to dessert. It is possible to stay in one of the three discreet rooms as comfortable and beautiful as the rest. the chef has made us breakfasts with an incomparable quality!...
We have dinner for 4 people in this restaurant on a Saturday evening of summer.Good reception, some quality jugs with aperitives: even 11€ home cocktail with alcohol, cocktails without alcohol were to our taste too sweet. A very nice little gaspacho to put in appetite. Entries with foie gras were appreciated. The dishes were good, but 3 of the plates were warm and so cold at the end of the plate. which is very bad because the dishes were good with fresh and quality products. travellers along Lake Geneva, on the free side, should not fail to stop at the port of seat, between tuna and gum. the restaurant "the lake closed" is a real discovery. Although taken in the michelin, the ratio of quality/price, with menus from 32 euros is quite exceptional. for our third visit to this place, accompanied by a couple of friends, we took the menu at 44 euros (49 euros with the cheese.) perfectly cooked foie gras, in entry, generously served lotte with lots of vegetables in the dish, and a spectacular and absolutely delicious chocolate marrow. small verrine as a mouth-catching and good small sweets accompanied by coffee.
Friendly meal initiated by our friends who had chosen a custom menu: a marvel! from the duo of foie gras in hot and cold on confit-cooked apples-châtaignes, to the vinegar of scallops and crustaceans in emulsion of pomelos, the fermière cooked in a superb juice to the truga without forgetting desserts the crispy chocolate A delight of flavours, finesse. We always enjoy returning to this restaurant that delights us every time. The reception is warm, the room is very pleasant even a day of rain (!) and the service is impeccable assured by the owner and the very professional waitress.
regularly we come on pilgrimage to the end of the lake. It is for us unquestionably the best price report from all the north high savoy. the couple of delimelle makes his card evolve with the seasons, the products ... bravo is a renewed enchantment. Of course it would merit a star. It's very soon.
