As many opinions seem to be written in a very complicated or insincerly way, things must be replaced in their context. We look forward to returning to this beautiful establishment. The restaurant's setting is very neat and warm. Reduced choice in the card to let assume fresh and mastery. Great disappointment in the plates still very well presented. Mixtures and bitter flavors, a disappointment for tasting dishes. A rather pretentious kitchen leading to frankly regret simple and greedy dishes without unnecessary complications. I who is not accustomed to eating well, yes I am from the old school... very surprised at my meal, very well presented, just what it takes in quantity, and naturally delicious, I took the entrance, main dish and dessert and I went out without having the sworn belly to no longer be able to breathe as often, it is so copied that I take either the fresh plate, or dessert

Superb frame, excellent service, refined dishes, don't hesitate, go! The egg cooked at 64° and cooled, the soup gaspacho, confits the summer vegetables, the crusts: a super original murder. Macedoin ham« Dressed for my wife Potatoes new stuffed with beef tartare, beet ketchup : being fan tartare, 20/2O for this one! Thousand leaves in dessert, nickel to finish.

We have been staying at the Collet for 2 nights. Great reception and care staff. Delicious breakfast (we were even able to discuss with the hotel owner and its evolution). A spa with swimming pool, an outdoor Nordic bath, a Jacuzzi, sauna, hamman, short a perfect hotel to disconnect, rest and enjoy (evening meal is excellent as well). Reserva una mesa ahora

A lot of charm, conviviality for this beautiful establishment, topissimo spa, table and local breakfast and quality. A play area would be a plus and little attention in the room. To do without hesitation! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4
