I was very happy to discover Marie-Pascale's traditional recipes with quality products. If I have to choose my preferred ingredient, it's salmon; melting and always with a beautiful color. The presentation of the dishes is neat and the portions are generous, ideal for sharing with family or friends and for taking home. There is a wide variety of window choices and the owner can also prepare the dishes under our eyes, it puts me directly in confidence and I discussed a good time with her, she is a lovely person. I strongly recommend coming to eat here, a restaurant on Oleron Island not to miss!
Deplorable and barely croyable in view of positive comments. Don't eat enough cooked so sushi crunchy. In addition rice sushi simply nature (no taste) while should be seasoned after cooking rice vinegar, sugar and salt. The tuna is quite frozen (the salmon gets better because more fat). In conclusion, some makis have virtually no trim (see photo). Indigeste and infamous. Sad to say but supermarket sushi are better!!! Given the price, a shame.
Sushi are fresh and prepared in front of you, portions more than correct for prices that remain reasonable! We appreciate a true quality of the product and a warm welcome from the manager. (Petit advice: this one warns us that during the summer season, it is best to order by phone to avoid having to wait too long... A local company that produces quality cuisine that makes, I doubt, honor Japanese culture!
