We saw with surprise getting the life water in shredded cups, mine having also the broken tail? This did not prevent the employee from serving us. First surprise for a starry establishment. I pass on the other dishes served in broth, and admit that I was not excited by this card. Idem for other guests, so that my disappointment does not allow me to recommend the restaurant.
After more than twenty years, it is necessary to admit that you feel a little like home, but everything is done, precisely, for that to be the case. Retrouver Emmanuel, Gaylord and so many others, regret the absence of Rodolphe put a little side but discover Marine and, above all, enjoy the wonderful cuisine of Hugo and his team. obviously a moment of exceptional, but above all of the disbursement and calm. a very nice park with a panoramic view of the bay of the Mont Saint michel that is then found in the room. refined and subtlely spicy dishes are brought and explained by a very kind and discreet room staff. a beautiful dessert farandole closed the meal.
I ate there a long time ago, nothing to mention, we had taken the tasting menu, nothing to say, Excellent and a dessert trolley long ago that I had not seen this in a restaurant If you were two asking to be on a bow-window...
