a break in my Michelin marathon in paris (follow me for the pariser reviews and discover the next challenge as usual I will only focus on what is interesting. here, what is exceptional that they are teleporting back on the season road, sailing the seven seas, discovering rare aromes, and bringing them back to bretagne. just like back in time they want to have the best ingredients they gave and yet respect both. the contempt of the season corresponds to the contempt of the budget. very far and very close. very old tradition and very modern representation (green star). sublime meal in a beautiful setting with sea view and in the distance Mont st michel. we enjoyed the different refined dishes of the menu away from the streams. a festival of flavours more or less noted by many different spices and herbs. sommeliers, in other places very nice, have selected us excellent wines for each dish, some original but always just. the server team was perfect to explain the different dishes and also very attentive and with great simplicity. the beautiful weather allowed us to take the coffee in the garden, facing the sea, and then we were able to discover the garden of the chef. bravo to hugo roellinger and all his team for this magical moment!

past the times of breathtaking tomateness, the magnificent lobster, the car with the desserts. now govern chichi and the confirmation that something is good or special. cook is sold by fashion, seasonal. a loss, was once a big address.
