Le Domaine De Mombreux

Stayed here for one night and was very satisfied. The room is circa 80 Euros a night and for that we had a nice room, modern décor, with double bed, bathroom, separate toilet and a walk in wardrobe for clothes and bags – oh and a nice view over the river. Should also mention quality bed linen and a bed with a firm mattress (too firm for the wife) which I loved – I slept really well. Flat screen TV and wifi so pretty good. My only observation was that I would have expected a shower at this price as opposed to a hand shower over the bath. Breakfast was a further 11 euros and pretty average – so next time we would skip this Happily return and recommend

My wife and I called upon the premises on the 24th October 2019 as we had not been able to make contact with Mr Gregory Delbergue for some time. We were greeted with a sign informing that it had closed. A barrier has been placed across the drive entrance, There was no one at all on site. The grounds are looking overgrown. A good number of visits have been enjoyed here in the past, and they will be sadly missed by us and a good number of others..

high hotel, extremely clean and spacious room. the setting is very pleasant, the surrounding countryside is beautiful. the hotel master and his staff are very attentive to their guests. Breakfast is a hearty one. Finally the dishes offered at the restaurant are of high level as well as the wine map in which we always find our happiness. I always like to come back to this beautiful place, I highly recommend it.

Beautiful romantic getaway. the very friendly owners who listen to their guests! the meals are excellent and we were very pleasantly surprised by being at the balcony of our room, the magnificent view of the ducks that were walking on the river. absolute relaxation. at the end a real pizza napoletana, rare out of Italian. baking in wood oven, good quality ingredients and especially a tasty and well-mounted pate. The rum baba is a killing. I'm going back in spring because the outer frame is beautiful.

Stayed twice in September and each time we’ve been given paper bedding due to a laundry problem. It’s scratchy and uncomfortable and doesn’t even fit the pillows or duvet. Beautiful setting , food excellent but 2 stars for hotel.

This place is a real gem! Excellent food and wine, very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended as a place to stay before travelling on into Europe or as a last night in France before driving home.

excellent quality cuisine, risotto regina victoria is magnificent, the warmth of the welcome one of the highlights. I highly recommend it, we'll go back without hesitation. Bravo! Reserva una mesa ahora

Excellent lovley place friendly staff. . Food excellent. .loads of history and oldy worldy. Ideal stay just outside calais for travelling further afield .

Quiet clean and friendly,paper sheets but they were fine and breakfast was lovely.
