stay at the hotel for 2 nights, we wanted to test the gastronomic restaurant. designed by the service: very correct but hot entry, cooked meat without great inventiveness, dessert that saves the bet a little. I expected a more creative and refined cuisine. prices are a little high compared to the culinary service. prices of drinks, wine at the restaurant and digestive at the bar are in the rather high fork.

The gourmet restaurant is very pleasant, qualified staff, very good dishes. But why finish? The brewery is simply exceptional, with a kindness, an incredible politeness, the price is very affordable for the quality of the dishes offered! A little wait, a beautiful frame, what more? I don't post 5 stars because the gastro restaurant is in the same note.

Le menu était bien pensé! Le tataki était délicieux, les tagliatelles également très bonnes. Nous avons moins aimé le dessert. Nous n’avons pas eu d’amuse bouche c’est regrettable et pas de beurre avec le pain. Sinon le personnel est très serviable et sympathique! 4/5 me semble être la note qui reflète le mieux notre expérience.
