Decided to come here for dinner after a full day of shopping at the centre. There weren't much guests then but they seem to busy to approach us and another group who wanted to be seated as well. We sat ourselves on a table and...got ourselves the menu. There were 2 staff visible at the tables, but one of them was busy chatting with someone else. She didn't mind that customers were waiting. I called the attention of the other staff to order. He appeared to be annoyed at me calling him and taking our order. I asked if everything was alright but he didn't reply. When food was served by the lady, we asked for 3 spoons from her and she nodded. It didn't come and we had to ask her again, but then...
Came here with my family having not read any of the reviews and had a similar experience to others. Ordered food for myself, wife and daughter from the children's menu. My daughter's food didn't arrive. On asking the waiting staff how long it would take,...the first response was a shrug of the shoulders, the second was to just completely ignore me and the third time they explained it would be 2 minutes. After about 20 mins we paid for what we had (excluding the food that didn't arrive) and left to get McDonald's for my daughter from across the courtyard. This so called restaurant is within the huge shopping mall at Serris and as such there is variety of venues to choose to eat. If I can do one thing it is to try and ensure that others are not duped into a ghastly food experience such as ours.It was simply horrible, I really think that the chicken had been cooked the day before and just warmed, we left most of it together with the rest of the food.Service was dreadful and it was clear that the two members of staff on duty could not care less about our discomfort with their food and service.We paid up and left never to return and as I said hopefully I can persuade others to avoid the place. This was by far the worst meal I have ever eaten. The bald man who took our order was rude and dismissive, while the other female staff members were generally nice. We had spring rolls to start with and they were very overcooked and what's worse they were served with KETCHUP and not sweet chilli sauce. We complained and the waitress asked would the children eat them!! She just walked away, no apology offered. The main courses were no better. I discovered some noodles in my beef with pepper dish which had me wondering was this the remnants of another person's meal. I would certainly advise anyone thinking of eating here to steer clear, a complete waste of time and money.

Really surprised by the negative reviews. This is the first time I've ever eaten a meal while on holiday and thought it good enough to leave a review.I have quite simple taste with Chinese food so my partner and I shared the special chicken, beef with onion and plain noodles. Everything was served hot and tasted incredible. The staff were friendly despite us being the only customers left before they could close for the night.Reasonable pricing when you consider how much you'd be paying for dinner at Disneyland.Would definitely go again if I come back to the area :)
Our family dropped by here as our small children wanted noodles for dinner. We seemed to be a nuisance to the waitresses, who were quite rude throughout.One good point is that our chicken dishes were served very quickly. Too quickly for me, as it should take longer than 3 minutes to prepare and serve a dish. I can only assume our dinner was prepared before we arrived and not cooked to order.
the dumplings are good. had the big garnels in chili sauce. not spicy and not seasoned. service poor. I'm going back to the knödeln. I was here four days and the things are terrible from culinary perspective, so that I stand for morsel of positiveity. as I say, we're good.
We had lunch here after visiting the sealife centre. The food arrived very quickly and was tasty, albeit the chicken dishes were very fatty and full of skin, which we are not accustomed to.

Not the most friendly of services, but overall we ate ok with the children and the prices were decent given that it is inside a shopping mall.
Please don’t come here there’s so many other restaurants. The waitresses are so rude. Extremely rude. Food also 1/10……..
