We have been many times to this charming little restaurant. A very romantic setting, attentive young staff and excellent mountain food. It is in the Confin area which is 10 min outside La Clusaz proper, more nature, less cars with nordic tracks and La Balme ski area 5 min away.

Best steaks, best atmosphere, best service. I cannot express how much my family and I loves coming here. And we have for 20+ years. It's remote, and takes a while to drive there, so you'll probably need a car or some sort of transport service. But wow, it's completely worth it!

Unfortunately we have to agree with the reviews written in April. While the chalet and the location are wonderful the food is of very average quality and over-priced for what it was. There are indeed much better restaurants in the area even off season.

An outstanding restaurant which delivers cooking of the highest order. A family friendly atmosphere with a character of its own. The highest recommendation is that we returned for a second meal whilst on holiday and were not disappointed.

Nice little place, great interior and views. Bit out of the way, but that's part of the charm. Food is good. During busy times I'd recommend booking in advance.
