What a great discovery! Very pleasant and attentive welcome, perfect service. Home cooking, with fresh products, without chichi but a lot of care, a feast for eyes and taste buds! Excellent price ratio. A big thank you: I don't consume wheat or milk/cream (precised when booking). The chef moved and offered me a menu deliberately redesigned for me from the entrance to dessert! And it's the first time I find some buckwheat bun at the table! I warmly recommend.

located in the centre of castelnaudary, ideal for drinking a glass on the terrace, which we did days in a row in the late afternoon. greeted and served by the boss, we can no longer hope. sense of welcome, politeness, charming person and we thank her again for her kindness. We strongly advise.

We hadn't returned to this facility in recent years. Very good reception, quick service but not stressful. Small prices, for quality dishes, always very well presented. Quality/price ratio unbeatable!
