George and Emmanuel who run the show are welcoming and friendly. The place might be small but with a real cosy 'home ' feel to it (don 't forget that if you are having just coffee or tea you can take it on the comfy settee . Ici vous pouvez voyager ou manger... et même les deux d'ailleurs. Ce petit local mérite d'être visité. Pas de chichis, pas d'extras particuliers. En effet, l'essentiel se trouve dans l'assiette et les mets servis sont biologiques. Nous avons apprécié une délicieuse soupe à la courge accompagnée d'une excellente salade. Le repas fut couronné par de succulents brownies. Bref, nous nous sommes régalés et avons apprécié l'originalité de l'endroit ainsi que l'accueil très sympathique qui nous a été réservé. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
Goût des aliments authentiques et très bon! soupe-salade en hiver et quiche-salade dès le printemps pour 15.-. Les soupes sont préparées à l'instant avec des légumes bio et parfois méconnus, on découvre alors des nouvelles saveurs. La salade est "riche", c'est à dire pas que des feuilles mais des olives, petites pommes de terres, couscous, tomates séchées, un morceau de fromage... tous ceci garni d'un délicieuse sauce à salade maison! The menu is small, simple and nice. In comparison to the other restaurants in Vevey, Gout is reasonable price for reasonable food. Not many places to sit down and there was a little bit of an issue because I was in a group of 3. Also, the waitress seemed a little annoyed when she had to speak in English. I did try to tell her my order in french but I'm still learning, sorry! I recommend the carrot and coriander soup.
Un café bio, idéal pour ceux qui mangent équilibré. Le menu est avec la soupe qui est toujours treeees délicieux (la courge/ épinards/ haricots verts/ tomates ou légumes) accompagnée d'une salade (feuilles vertes avec sauce, betterave, diverses légumes). Et tout ceci pour le prix de 18 chf ce qui est pas cher pour la région. Vous pouvez également prendre tarte aux pommes ou les brownies qui sont toujours frais!
Superbe adresse, j'y suis tombé vraiement pas hasard. Ce fût une belle découverte. Les gens sont très sympas. Le lieux, petit mais bien décoré fait office en même temps d'agence de voyage. La cuine bio, est tout simplement incroyable, les salades sont a couper le souffle. Je recommande!
