The staff was quite accomodating, but my dish (Kalbsleber and potatoes) was awfully salty. The 3 fishes and sauerkraut that my partner had consisted of a mountain of Sauerkraut hidden under 3 thinly sliced pieces of fish. Vegetarian Spetzle dish and Haxen were very good.
Very good evening spent with my spouse on the Toussaint holiday. Excellent meal and quality service. Exchanges appreciated with room staff. A real dive in Alsace. We highly recommend!
the welcome is warm, pleasant and very friendly. the dishes are very good, with very generous desserts (for gourmets) the service and fast is efficient. I'll give you some advice.

Very nice atmosphere. We took the 30€ menu, everything was good except for my dish, the butterflied trout which was delicious but had quite a lot of thorns.
The restaurant is very typical high in color it is great damage that the sauerkrauts are bof ....they are not enough garnish we find better elsewhere...
If you want to be in Strasbourg to eat, then there you are! Deco typical Alsatian brewery ,personal and meal in the top despite the affluence !
