rather disappointed..., apart from the well Alsatian name, the reception does not correspond to the standard of Alsatian restaurants!!! It seems to me that we were greeted by the daughter of the owners who is anything but gracious... and her parents would be better inspired to put her to the dive than to the reception. the alsatian salad (cervelas and emmenthal) so specified misleads because one might think that it is a vinegar salad (with that cervelas and elementhal) or in fact it is a simple green salad with a little cervelas and a bit of ementhal!!! instead good torched pie. I saw passing "from the mouths to the queen" to the tables next to it and although in the case of a typical dish of the eastern region and which appears on the map of the Alsatian restaurants the plate appeared to me more than sad....So I consider it correct without more

I went there for my birthday meal, very good Alsatian meal and a great dessert. I will come back with pleasure. I had a very nice server.
