Le Jardin De L'echauguette

We had booked a table for around 13.00 and arrived at that time The restaurant was full when we arrived but we shown to our table by one of the two waiters After 40 min we had received nothing not even a glass of water! The temperature was over 30C that afternoon Then the food started to arrive. The starters were OK but not good. The main course was pork in a mustard sauce- the balance was not good. The deserts were OK but not inspired The first carafe of white wine was undrinkable. The bottle of rose was better but not a remarkable wine The price was too high for the quality of the food. We have eaten elsewhere for much better quality at the price of 40 euros per person

We are visiting Corsica for the first time. Already one week on the way and 5 more days to go. If you go there in a good weather you will find yourself in a wonderful garden, calm and beautiful The foos was good, better than what we ate in Corsica so far Service was good, though English is not their forte We also had a very good bottle of wine. Go there, you won't regret it.

Nice place with shadowed terrace. Regarding food, land and sea plate with gambas was verygood, as tagalla (beef slice), tataki was little bit too cooked. Service was efficient and helpful. I ranked 5 for efficient service.

Lovely terrace on a panoramic spot inside a former Sartène’s fortification. Friendly staff. Brocciu cannelloni were very good and desserts are a must try. Not bad wines.

This place can be appreciated only by very, very stupid touristes (probable its target). The quality of the food is very low, they burn it in microwaves oven.
