I know this restaurant for 10 years but not returned for 3/4 years I didn't remember why I quickly found, the quality of the service, 3 servers for 50 people but yet a catastrophic management, you have to claim everything 3 times and the friendliness is not very present! However, the terrace frame is beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The kitchen is very good and affordable. I recommend this restaurant but don't be surprised by the mediocrity of the service, we know what to expect. I'd go back and take my pain in patience.
Today there were zucchini zucchini flowers (just sublime) accompanied with a crunchy salad and a deglazed calf liver with balsamic vinegar accompanied by super fresh broccoli.un without fault that makes a simple meal a moment of pure happiness. you always come back with the same desire to the garden of Italian to be transported by the sun of the sardaigne de pietro and its team.when simplicity and authenticity marry with perfect mastery of the proposed dishes it becomes truly magicalI am an unconditional
A colleague and I were hoping to find a decent place to have dinner, neither of us had been to Massy before. After much deliberation (over beers) and research on TripAdvisor, we plumped for La Jardin d'Italie. We were not disappointed, in fact we were very pleased. A lovely atmosphere, great food, friendly staff (our deficiencies in French and Italian were forgiven) and reasonable prices have made this a definite call for us next time we visit the office in Massy!
8pm: we ordered for the first time two pizzas at 8pm. it has been indicated to us 10 min delay.20H15: arrival on site. a person in front of the month and two couples who arrive after 20:35: a waitress comes to take care of the first customer but still doesn't know what I ordered.20: I arrive at the helai and says "yes yes"...22H: it's in the kitchen that I can get my pizzas!While the boss generously accepts to make me a discount of 4€ on the price. While we had booked around 7 p.m. a table for two people for 9 p.m. in the garden, he put in a very aggressive way our word in doubt and persisted by the holding of unacceptable and odious remarks by the owner of an establishment which was renowned for serving quality Italian cuisine, as we had enjoyed it on several occasions. He needs to be turned back, otherwise the credibility of his institution will go down. So we left.
friendly welcome of the boss, good products, excellent pizza, cooked potatoes. but what a lamentable service, 2 hours for an entrance and a topped dish, waitresses survey the rooms without watching the guests. map of desserts in hand for 15 minutes. without a command. result the addition and desserts another day. a little professionalism in the service would change everything
The garden area makes for a wonderfully relaxing venue. It’s cool and the sound level is perfect. The food was generous, well prepared and well presented. Staff knowledgable and attentive. The chef is approachable and friendly as well. The overall experience was great and I’d return.
