We had dinner at the restaurant the m and we had a great evening. The atmosphere is intimate, the servers are competent and very kind. the setting is magnificent: the atmosphere of this castle is not denatured. we went to the restaurant a few weeks after the deconcency that followed the Covid-19 crisis. The menu was therefore limited: the choice was between 2 menus, 2 dishes and 2 desserts. Inside, we took the foie gras: excellent! The dishes allowed us to taste the trout and the calf rib. As a personal matter, I preferred the veal coast: its cooking and accompaniment were excellent as well. the big strong point of the trout terrine: its tobacco of leaves collected in the castle garden. We have eaten at our hunger, the dishes are sufficiently copied. for proof, we didn’t take cheese and took a dessert for two: the chocolate melt I recommend. for the wines, we took a half bottle of pomerol 2014. the kitchen of this restaurant comes to kill the one found in restaurants 1 star.
