We went twice in this establishment: for Sunday brunch to 11 with family and for a dinner to 4 . For these 2 visits, the reception and service were perfect with a special mention to the young server who managed our table for brunch. Concerning brunch, because of the Covid we were a little disappointed by the slightest choice, but seafood was very fresh and excellent pastry. A small flat for cooking the leg... For dinner, the menu is very varied and the dishes of quality. I was able to test the soup of really gouty fish and a squirrel with originality (the sauce served except that the dish bathes in the hazelnut butter). Selection of well-developed wines.
I am disappointed with this restaurant, I expected better for a restaurant serving in a 5-star hotel... The foie gras is trivial and has little taste. I've got some pepper salt and I couldn't finish my entry because I'm annoying. When on the dish the servers were discordant on the putanesca sauce because I had asked without a cap... I wouldn't repeat in this restaurant!
The bar is aimed high which is reflected in the prices. €8 for an Orangina is absolutely eye watering, but the locale is superb and service excellent. I miss the fresh mint leaf tea/tisane, but if ordered, I expect they would supply it the next day or so. Coctails are very good and the terrace is stunning
Such a great place to spend the afternoon after wonderful water treatments. Hope you have the opportunity of being served by Thomas. If so, you are in for a treat of drinks expertly prepared.
