Only knowing little Royat, I looked for a place to eat. I'm in front of Royat's Marquis window. I see they make wine cellars, pastries, tea... Not very sure of me but seeing the world inside I try my luck! And bingo! They're good for food. The waitress who did the service is very pleasant, smiling. Despite being alone for the room and the body, because we can buy pastries to take too, there was not long waiting. For what's on my plate, I loved it! That was great. A delicious meat, very well cooked vegetables and tastefully! In the aperitif, I was offered three little salty mignardises to fall for dessert, I missed. I highly recommend and I will come back.
We fell on this establishment a little by chance and did not know what to expect at all and so much better! It was a pleasant surprise to discover this small restaurant/pâtisserie/chocolaterie/cave à vin. The dishes are excellent, very well thought and made, delicate in their realization and everything works. The frame hides more than we think and the leader is welcoming and enjoyable. Get your eyes closed without hesitation!
I went to Royat's Marquis several times. Warm welcome in a pastries and wines at the base. Meals on top one noon, for example: refined flakes, mushroom velvets and excellent perfect egg, tasty salmon pasta and chocolate dessert chosen in the window to fall on the ground. Everything for 17,90 €! In the gourmet menu, calves must be tested absolutely. Quality ratio unbeatable price. I recommend it warmly.
Ordering a raspberry for the Mother's Day: a delight! Beautifully crafted cake, very nice presentation, tasty but light, not too sweet and with a perfect balance between cream, genoese and raspberries. One in 10! Bravo!

Always as good reception, good meal, for a top prize. And if you want a good wine, nice, tasteful, to your taste, trust the advice you are given. I'll let you look at some pictures... to make you want.
Have a taste of family and we all loved it. The lady was very charming and welcoming. A real pleasure of pastries and extra tea with original taste.
