For years, we went to Matafan several times during our different stays. But since the change of owners, the service is deplorable, the quality of the menus is no longer what it was and the reception of the poorest. I regret the welcome that Alex and Scarlett... Once again impossible to be served ... servers looking at us without saying hello and without placing us result we left. For Noel 2020, we thought we should have a take-away meal, but the restaurant was closed no sale to take-away, yet there were regulars of the station who had made the effort to come despite the closure of the ski lifts. For all these reasons, we will no longer return to this establishment which was the establishment...
We are delighted with our new experience in your hotel. Receptions, service of previous years, we wanted to dine again in your restaurant. Everything was perfect. Very good reception, small attentions such as onion soup tasting with aperitif. Unreproachable service, new team of very kind servers. The quality of the dishes was excellent, a very good blueberry pie with a blueberry ice cream. We do not regret having returned to your establishment and we will return with pleasure.
