Passing through Castres yesterday, we attended the last service of these Ladies yesterday. I will keep very good memories of this typical restaurant, yes, with retro music, we love it! Classic cuisine with very good fresh produce. And top waitresses. I have been in the restaurant and catering business for 37 years, and if my waitresses (extra) who are 25 years old could be as professional as these people that would be perfect! So these people who leave a bad review know nothing about our business. Ladies, I congratulate you for having honored your profession and your establishment for 30 years despite the hard knocks. Good and warm welcome installed in a former tanner's residence. A memorable moment of French gastronomy. Castres friends I recommend that you go there, starter, main course, and dessert very good. Value for money, price, nothing to complain about, excellent...

Well, the place is amazing, with the tables on the terrace, overlooking the river! In the evening, with the lights on the river and when the temperature is right... Wow. Excellent food, friendly, precise, excellent service. To try.

Quality/quantity/price ratio, nothing to say. Homemade cuisine made with generosity prepared by adorable owners. Very nice on the terrace on the edge of the Agout, cool in summer.
