a charming little restaurant at the same time high-end and friendly at the exit of the village of Sainte-Terre, just a step from Saint-Emilion. refined out of work with, among other things, a house foie gras served half-cuit with fig jam and toasted toast (please 3 euros.) dishes are very consistent and balanced. An unexpected surprise a few minutes from Castillon Le Bataille. Summer dining on the shady terrace or inside the air-conditioned dining room. Friendly professional service. The menu of the day included Mellon with ham, roast lamb and profiteroles. The carafe of local wine at 4 Euros was good value. The service was a little slow perhaps being August and the restaurant was packed. Excellent value.
Visited here on the recommendation of friends spent a very pleasant Saturday noon. The hotel and restaurant are a little from the main street, but in a beautiful environment. We had the meal of the day and at 25€ it was very good....The appetizers and the seaweeds were superb of the Zitronetarte was a dessert-food heaven. It is probably because this restaurant is located in the countryside close to Saint emilion that the prices are sweet. from the fact house in the card quite deep anyway. several menus (19€ and 33€). Bordeaux specialties (lamproie, tricandille) well realized warm welcome. nice setting in the middle of the vineyards. Let's go.
A nice small restaurant with good french food. Dont expect anything fancy food wise. Its good value for money, and the serice is friendly and nice. A very cosy outside terrace. Good parking opion next to the restaurant. This restaurant has probably adopted their menues...etc to the nearby retirement home.
