I went there on Saturday night, with two friends who know this restaurant and its owner well. We opted for the menu at 36€, but the lamproie was no longer available because out of season. So I opted for parsillad eels (from fronsac:) tasteful and copyy. The foie gras in the entrance was also very good. In dessert, I chose pavlova with citrus fruit: very good choice (gluten-free desserts).At the end of the meal, a digestive was offered.Smiling and casual service. the place is rural, the simple and cordial welcome, the perfect service. a neat, gourmet cuisine and a great freshness. a beautiful moment around an old lady who no longer ate and wept a lot and who, that day, surrounded by hers, found the smile and appetite. Thanks to the melchior team.
I don't hesitate to come back regularly. renovation of very pleasant and very clean rooms. Idem the bathroom. always welcoming, friendly, available and professional staff. Copious breakfasts for a reasonable price.
