Oubliez les anciens commentaires, l'hôtel a changé de gérant et c'est une catastrophe depuis ! Pas de réception, ce qui est compréhensible et acceptable. Par contre, ce qui ne l'est pas c'est en cas de problème, impossible de joindre quelqu'un. Personne ne répond au téléphone ou aux messages envoyés par Booking. Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions réservé. Les lits sont inconfortables. L'hotel est sans vie, sombre. L'hotel est mal insonorisé et le ménage commence tôt, en faisant du bruit. Le personnel (quand on croise quelqu'un) n'est pas des plus aimables. C'est vraiment dommage, parce le lieu a un énorme potentiel...
We stayed in this facility on the first we of July. This is a beautiful hotel with a lot of potential unfortunately we were disappointed by the service. Indeed, no welcome upon arrival, a code system to recover the keys of the room. It may be a solution to the lack of staff... A power cut occurred during the night and a staff completely exceeded during breakfast the next day. The settlement of the stay took place in another nearby hotel, we then exposed the inconveniences and asked for a commercial gesture (promised during the settlement but nothing during the sampling )Dommage...
Forget the old comments, the hotel changed its manager and it's been a disaster since! No reception, which is understandable and acceptable. On the other hand, which is not in case of a problem, impossible to reach someone. Nobody answers the phone or the messages sent by Booking. We didn't have the reserved room. The beds are uncomfortable. The hotel is lifeless, dark. The hotel is soundproofed and the cleaning starts early, making noise. The staff (when you cross someone) is not the nicest. It's really a shame, because the place has a huge potential...
It's a beautiful view of the hotel mountains, the room's clean, there's a parking lot, breakfast, there are people with disabilities in the state, and it's an excellent opportunity for everyone to communicate on the one hand and on the other. We had a mix-up in the hotels, but in the end, the responsible resolved the situation in the most beautiful way, and we were very impressed by their generous gesture, mercy and love.
