Je me suis régalé avec des filets de perche succulents accompagnés de frites et de salade. Rien n'est resté dans l'assiette. Les desserts sont gargantuesques... il fallait bien un digestif pour finir en beauté. Je n'oublierai pas de mentionner le chef de cuisine et de son ou ses seconds, au top.
