The scallops with the asparagus and this little raspberry vinegar sauce ... hum ... I ask again! is 53 years old the best of my life. The asparagus cream wolf ... a feast (but idem for Monsieur who had a Saint-Pierre behind the chorizo)Quant au millefeuille caramel but salé : tout simplement une tuerie.
